Goldbacks Youth Football & Cheer League announces the 2022 Scholarship Program. Under this program there are two (2) $750.00 scholarships that will be awarded to members of the Newburgh Free Academy High School’s senior class.

All senior students who have participated in Goldbacks Youth Football (player or cheerleader) for multiple years and continued to play throughout high school are eligible to apply for this scholarship. 

·         Seeking graduating seniors who have participated as a football player or cheerleader for multiple  years in our youth program and have participated in football and cheer throughout high school.   

·         Applicants must have a plan to attend a 2 or 4 year college or trade school.

·         Scholarship funds will be paid to the student and must be used for college related expenses.

·         Students will be required to provide receipts of items purchased. 

·         Application should be completed online with a deadline of Saturday, April 30, by 8:00 p.m.

·         Late applications will not be accepted.
